The 1st XI at Bristol play in the top division of the West of England Premier Cricket League and have done so for the last ten years.

They are captained by Will Rudge who has been in charge since 2011.

We had five of our younger players taking the opportunity to play in the 1st team last year and will also carrying this on for 2019. Each of these players have all played up through our youth section at Bristol, including Fin Trenouth and Louis Shaw who have both played for England Under 19 squad.

This season our overseas will be Josh Tasman-Jones who will has joined us Bristol CC for the first time. Josh currently plays for Ottawa District in New Zealand.

The 1st XI also enters the ECB National knock out and the ECB National club T20 competition and came first in our region in the latter in 2018.
