A fantastic performance from two teams from our U9s, competing at the Chipping Sodbury Festival. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I was impressed with the quality of the cricket. We were treated to great catches, some as the result of good bowling, positive bowling, including several hitting the stumps, and top batting, scoring from 6s to 4s down to some clever single runs from 'block and run' shots.

Playing time was nearly 4 hours, with only a 30-45mins lunch break, so its even more impressive seeing the players' stamina and focus and I was proud of every one of them!
